Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:

✔ Unused and in its original condition
✔ In its original packaging
✔ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, email us at warmbeltco@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.

Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions from us, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, and you will not need to return the item.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. A 20% cancellation fee will apply to all cancelled orders, with the remaining 80% refunded to your original payment method.

Please email us within 12 hours of ordering for the best chance of catching your order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
