About the Product
How does the heating belt work?
Our wearable heating belt delivers adjustable, soothing warmth and gentle massage vibration directly to your abdomen or lower back — helping to ease menstrual cramps and discomfort. It’s cordless and lightweight, so you can wear it anywhere.
Is it rechargeable?
Yes. The belt is cordless and USB-C rechargeable, so you can enjoy comforting relief on the go — at work, school, travelling, or relaxing at home.
Are the heat and vibration levels adjustable?
Yes. You can adjust both the heat and the massage settings to find the level of comfort that feels best for you.
Is it safe to use?
The belt is designed with controlled heat levels. As with any heating product, please follow the included instructions, do not use it while sleeping, and do not use it on broken or numb skin. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or have any concerns, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

Where do you ship?

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most orders arrive within 9–10 days. See our Shipping page for full details.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order ships we’ll email you tracking information, and you can also track it here at any time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they ship. A 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Only defective or misplaced orders are eligible for replacement within 24–48 hours of delivery.
Received a defective or incorrect item?
Email us within 24–48 hours with photos of the item and your order details, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
